David Copperfield

The novel Dickens called his favourite child, written in the first person and drawing hard on his own boyhood in the blacking factory. David tells his life from birth through the Murdstones, Salem House, Steerforth and Mr Micawber to his marriages, and the 1850 and Charles Dickens Edition prefaces are printed with it.
