Six short Christmas pieces Dickens wrote for his weekly magazines between 1850 and 1853. A Christmas Tree hangs childhood memories on its branches, What Christmas Is as We Grow Older turns to the dead, and the four story-pieces are told by a poor relation, a child, a schoolboy and nobody at all.
