The second Holmes collection, published in 1894 and closing with Holmes and Moriarty above the Reichenbach Falls. Silver Blaze, The Musgrave Ritual and The Gloria Scott reach back into Holmes's early career, and The Final Problem was written to end the series for good. This edition keeps The Adventure of the Cardboard Box, which many British printings dropped.
